Gripper control
Run manual open/close commands and structured test sequences in a supported configuration.
Explore gripper control, width and contact feedback, and test-based grip-force evaluation within one dedicated Windows workspace. Designed for supported OnRobot gripper configurations; compatibility is being validated.
Screen-layout illustration based on the supplied Smart Grip Studio V4.21.2 screenshot. It is not an exact image of the application; the reference shows disconnected equipment.
Designed to help engineers understand gripper behavior through repeatable, supervised experiments instead of trial-and-error alone. Features are under development and validation.
Run manual open/close commands and structured test sequences in a supported configuration.
Compare candidate grip-force settings through controlled test cycles rather than guessing.
Review opening width, contact indications and grasp response together.
Development targets include individually addressed and dual-gripper arrangements; verify each configuration.
Prepare guided hold and release cycles with operator supervision for consistent comparison.
Save the current test result and inspect session history as the release matures.
A guided workflow for setting up a gripper, running controlled tests and reviewing practical results.
Connect a supported gripper interface through the appropriate hardware.
Confirm device, limits, software and connection parameters.
Perform supervised opening, closing and force checks.
Review width, contact and force trends before selecting settings.
Operating conditions, robot safety and tooling must be validated before activating equipment. Never perform test motions around people or unprotected machinery.
Communication, connection kits and firmware affect every setup. Final support cannot be stated from model name alone.
Development validation targets. Model, version and force limits must be confirmed before use.
Hardware revision, interface, Unit IDs, power, cable and communication settings may matter.
Supported Windows versions, drivers, access permissions and offline licensing require release-specific confirmation.
Check workpiece material, shape, friction, retention force and operating limits with the actual setup.
Evaluation and commercial licensing are being prepared. Prices and licensing terms have not been published or finalized.
Trial terms and availability are confirmed individually.
Commercial licensing is being prepared; pricing is not published.

The intended software flow combines gripper control, test observations and reporting. Trial length, device binding, offline activation and commercial terms remain subject to release confirmation.

What to know about compatibility, evaluation and commercial readiness.
No. It is an independent RoboQuo project intended for certain compatible OnRobot grippers. OnRobot has not endorsed or certified it.
RG2, RG6 and 2FG7 are development and validation targets. Compatibility depends on hardware revisions, communication, Compute Box and software versions. Contact us with the exact setup.
Offline gripper communication may be possible in a suitable local setup. Installation, licensing and offline operation have to be confirmed for the specific release; do not assume all functions work offline.
The planned force exploration helps compare grip settings in controlled tests; it does not establish a safety-certified value. Users must validate workpieces, payload, surface conditions and robot safety.
Not yet. This is a product preview. Evaluation builds, pricing, licensing and fulfillment require separate confirmation. No payment is collected through this page.
No. The displayed interface is an illustrative design preview with synthetic values. It must not be treated as verified measurements or an actual software screenshot.
